Love’s Jewels by Donna Ashbaugh is a small artisan business specializing in custom, handmade jewelry created with love and intention. Because each piece is crafted uniquely—often with personal elements like ashes, heirlooms, or spiritual symbolism—we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This Refund & Replacement Policy is a legally binding document that establishes our terms regarding refunds and replacements. It is intended to clarify the expectations between us and our customers and to comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are committed to honoring our workmanship and to ensuring your piece arrives with the quality and integrity we promise.

What to Include in the T&C Document

1. Refund Eligibility

All sales are final. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than defects or damage upon receipt.

2. One-Year Replacement Guarantee

We proudly stand by the quality of our jewelry. If your item tarnishes or breaks within one (1) year of the original purchase date, we will provide a one-time replacement with a similar piece at no charge.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Customer must provide a clear photo of the damaged or tarnished item.

  • Request must be submitted within 12 months of the delivery date.

  • Customer must provide a valid shipping address for the replacement.

  • Original and replacement items may vary due to the unique nature of our beads and handcrafted design process. We strive to replicate the original style, but each piece is one of a kind.

3. Timeframe to Request a Replacement

Replacement requests must be made within 12 months of delivery. Any request made after this timeframe may not be honored.

4. Submitting a Replacement Request

Please remember:

  • Replacement pieces may not be exact replicas due to natural variations in materials and our commitment to making each piece special.

  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, exposure to moisture, improper care, or accidents after delivery.

  • Shipping fees for original orders are non-refundable.
