Each piece comes with a one-year guarantee covering breakage or discoloration, unless otherwise noted. If your item becomes damaged during normal wear within the first year, simply send us a photo and we’ll be happy to replace it upon review.

Lost or Damaged Items
While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Love’s Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
